Project Scope: In 2019, we assisted with preparation of Thermally Activated Building Systems
(TABS), chilled water systems design and drawings for 12 storey Shiro Tower
building. The building comprises of offices, living spaces and restaurants. It is a
development on a R1.5 billion skyscraper in Cape Town, began in March 2018, with
a 36 month development period.
