226k Engineers was established in 2018 December 11. Due to high demand of mechanical services in building industry the founder of 226k Engineers decided to establish his private practice after obtaining extensive experience in fire and HVAC projects from inception to completion. Mr. S. Derrick Mnene is the founder of 226k Engineers and he is professionally registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and South African institution of Mechanical SAiMechE.

We specialize in design of Heating ,Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Fire Protection systems which includes small mechanical ventilation systems, DX split and VFR and hydronic systems.

We use modern computer applications to create advance and simple mechanical engineering designs that complies with South African National Standards (SANS) and National Building Regulation (NBR)
